When you stay by our side, you stay informed, and help us to improve the lives of dogs and cats both in our care and across the UK.   From 25 May, we will no longer be able to contact you with important communications via email, text message or phone if we don’t hear back from you. If you are happy for us to continue to contact you, we need you to complete our online form.   Please stay by our side by letting us stay in touch.   Best wishes,   Claire Horton Chief Executive WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW Simply fill out the online form to let us know how you want to be contacted (email, text message, or phone) and to update any personal details you wish. It should take you less than a minute.  We will continue to contact you until 25 May 2018, at which point if you do not respond by completing the form, we will no longer be able to stay in touch. If you provide (or have previously provided) a postal address, we will continue to contact you via post with communications we believe you’ll be interested in.
