Can we count on you for Giving Tuesday?

Updates from Seattle Humane Share your love for animals with the world on Giving Tuesday – that’s next Tuesday, Nov. 27. This year we have a matching gift to help us reach a stretch goal of $90,000!   On behalf of the dogs and cats currently in our care, and the many more companion animals to come, we want to thank you for helping us save lives and complete families. Last year you helped pets like Wolfie, a tiny puppy with a fractured paw. Wolfie was transferred to Seattle Humane with his mom and siblings for specialized care and attention. When Wolfie’s foster parent noticed he was walking with a limp, we put our new X-ray machine to work revealing several small fractures in his paw. Our veterinary team acted quickly to cast Wolfie’s leg, and after a few weeks of rest and monitoring, his paw healed and he was adopted!                          Wolfie recovered thanks to your support.    This year we need your continued support to save lives. From transferring in shelter pets from hurricane-affected regions, overcrowded shelters due to wildfires in California, and providing a safety net for pet owners in our own community, we depend on animal lovers like you.
